Some of your personal information may be held by Project Peru, with your permission. We are committed to managing this personal information in accordance with current legislation and best practice. Our aim is to be responsible, relevant and secure when using your data and to make sure all contact with you is justifiable and legitimate.

We ask supporters and contacts to provide their e-mail address and/or postal address and/or phone numbers and from time to time we may make contact  for the purposes of updating you, of promoting our work, about a fundraising activity, about volunteering, or to highlight a News item, all in the furtherance of the interests of the charity.

For some of our contacts with you with reference e.g. to Giftaids or applications for volunteering in Peru, we may need further information which will all be in line with our legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Whenever you provide personal information we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. We try at all times to keep your data accurate and secure, and to honour any preference you may have given us with reference to the method or frequency of our contacts with you.
